We spoke to three different agents and Kenya had the knowledge in regards our area in Los Angeles and her market expectations were realistic. She also helped us with plan and carry out some minor cosmetic changes to make property more attractive for buyers before going to market. After getting several offers and having the the one we excepted fall through she quickly moved to next and got it though with out in problem in the time frame we wanted.
