Rebecca Taylor showed me the most perfect home. She was at the property when I arrived and had an answer for every question. We talked for perhaps forty-five minutes about the home, the area, the city as well as what was needed and wanted in order to be considered for the property. She was knowledgeable, professional, kind, she kept in touch when there were lulls in the process and she went that extra mile again and again. It was a distinct pleasure to deal with her.

She recently guided me through the process of selling my home, and speaking as a first-time home seller, she took what was on its face an enormously complex, messy, and time-consuming process, and made it seem simple. Her professionalism and experience are invaluable, as she was able to get in front of, and resolve most issues that arose before they ever rose to the level of "problem". I highly recommend Rebecca Taylor for any real estate lease or sales. She is very responsible, responsive, thorough and dependable. My place was leased out within 2 weeks after I signed the contract with her. She contacted the HOA company, looked up information from the city, arranged photographer and coordinated with my handyman on top of showcasing my place and responding to the potential tenants.
