John R Wood Properties

Zach Anderson was very good in getting our property listed and sold within two weeks after going on the market. Zach also provided excellent advice during the entire process. I would highly recommend Zach Anderson to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

Zach is a great realtor, always advising about the market situation and looking out for my best interest. I would never use any other realtor in south west Florida.

Zach was recommended to us by a family member, and he was great! He and his team were highly responsive and very helpful in both selling and buying. Highly recommend!

Zach Anderson is absolutely the best realtor we have met. He listens to what you want and need. He is very detailed and has incredible vision. He was able to choose our first property location based on his experience and it was a home run. He have the most amazing property with a million dollar sunset.

Zach and Dan each went above and beyond to locate documentation that an easement, on property we had under contract, had been vacated 60 years ago. The closing company was not able to locate the documentation and suggested we hire an attorney. Zach and Dan not only saved us from paying an unnecessary expense, but their discovery and hard work kept the closing on schedule (in fact the sale closed a day earlier at the buyers' request). We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Zach!
