The attribute I liked best about both Stacy and Scott is they are straight shooters. Unlike so many other agents, they do not robotically recite rehearsed sales pitches nor promise a kings ransom in order to secure your listing. They are pragmatic and honest about what a property is worth and how best to market it. Of course, in order to deliver that level of service it is critical to have a deep understanding of the local market, which both of them do. I was impressed with their ability to recognize trends within areas as small as individual neighborhoods on Marco Island over time periods as short as a few weeks. They really have their finger on the pulse of the marketplace here.I also appreciated the almost imperceptible way they made the usually burdensome task of paperwork and other legal aspects of a real estate transaction somehow barely noticeable. I chalk that up to a team (back office included) that knows what it is doing and that gotten very good at it through repetition. Stacy Witthoff and Scott Needles embody what most desperately hope to find in a real estate agent: professionalism, experience and local knowledge.
