Cory and Jamie helped us sell our house and 8.5 acres, listing it June 4, 2026. My wife and I met with 3 other realtors, representing two of the largest agencies in Yakima prior to making a decision. Cory and Jaime really clicked with us and before they drove away from the initial meeting, we knew they were our choice. Cory is the facts and figures guy who has all this knowledge at his finger tips, and who also guided us down the path of setting a listing price. Jaime is the artist who guided us in putting the finishing touches on the staging, and hosted a wonderful open house, which proved to really peak the interest of potential buyers. We accepted an offer on June 30th. The closing price truly represented the value of our property. Cory knows the market and the value that each different property holds. His marketing plan was very well defined and executed far and above our expectations. Communication was extremely timely and both he and Jaime answered all our questions and held our hand through what could have been a very stressful experience. He always gave us the option of meeting face to face, through zoom, or a phone call. His integrity is beyond reproach. He was quick to advise against some of our ideas, if he felt they may effect the sale of our house and property, explaining why he was advising us so. The only downside to the final closing, was we had to move away, to Tri Cities, from two people we truly consider new friends. Cory proved to us that listing with him allowed us to receive the true value for our largest asset, setting us up for our new adventure in Tri Cities. Cory and Jaime, we can't thank you two enough. Cory helped my sister and me through a home sale with more than its fair share of complications. When circumstances changed, he always helped us come up with a practical new plan and put it into action. We also appreciated the work he put into preparing and marketing the house, including professional photography and cleaning, which brought strong interest and multiple showings. Since we were managing the sale remotely, having someone dependable on the ground made a major difference. Cory was kind, knowledgeable, and persistent from beginning to end. The process was not always easy, but we felt supported and ultimately got the house sold. My sister and I are very grateful for his guidance and would gladly recommend him to anyone selling a home in the Yakima area.
