John L. Scott Whidbey Island South

Cheryl Keefe is one of the. most impressive real estate agents you will ever meet. Cheryl cares about her clients and makes sure she understands your needs. She is intelligent, honest, and has roots in the community. It is hard to work with Cheryl without becoming her good friend. She is always there for you and responds to every question and need of her clients. When we first decided to hire an agent, we asked people who they recommended. We heard how some agents were well connected and others were very kind. When her name was brought up, people smiled and said, "she will exceed all expectations" . Cheryl did, and we couldn't be happier. She is simply amazing.

Cheryl is so well connected and knowledgeable about the island, very organized, and able to get both our sale and purchase closed quickly. She was always available to answer questions and concerns, and always positive and reassuring. Our overall experience was very positive

Cheryl did a superb job in assisting us in the selling of this property. She staged the cabin, created a great internet presence and provided important recommendations on how we could prepare the property for sale. There were several significant bumps in the sales process that she assisted us in navigating, such as an unfavorable perk test. Throughout, she demonstrated her knowledge of the local market, what it takes to sell a property and was responsive and wonderful to work with - I highly recommend her.

Cheryl sold a house for me a few years ago and was wonderful. This time, however, I was seeking a specific home (waterfront with dock) on Whidbey Island. Cheryl called me in California as soon as this house hit the market, took numerous videos, sent all details, made countless negotiations with the seller and made it stress free for me. I love my new house and would never have got it without her dedication.

Cheryl took care of all arrangements for testing and communicated processes clearly. Responded to calls immediately and answered all our questions. Got multiple offers and a sell above asking.
