Look no further!! Sharon Farra is the best RE Agent we've ever worked with. We were new to the area, but she helped us narrow down a perfect location. When she showed us homes, she didn't gloss over issues, in fact she pointed out things that I wouldn't have noticed. When we found a lot, she told us to jump on it and wrote up an offer that night because she called around and found out another offer was coming in. She had the opportunity to sell us a million dollar house, but instead she gave us a long list of reasons to jump on our $260K lot. Then she offered to negotiate a $5K discount off our offer when we learned the view was going to be impacted. After our offer was accepted, she didn't hesitate to show us other homes which helped us solidify our decision. She also helped us find a perfect builder. We can't wait to move into our dream home and couldn't have done it without her. She's super smart, enthusiastic, positive, responsive, experienced and has total integrity. Jamie was wonderful! I was in a bit of a panic because I wanted to move by a certain time but I wanted the right house. If I messaged her, she would set up a viewing within 24 hours or sooner without judgement or hesitation. We saw houses under and over my budget. She was amazing at communication with me and my lender. Every question was promptly answered. If she followed through on something she let me know immediately.
