CL was referred by my husbands friend and he helped bought our new house! CL is very experienced and knowledgeable. He provided lots of information about the real estate market and showed us many listings. He is also a good listener and very patient. He understands our concerns and requirements. For each listing we are looking together, he provided us pros and cons and give us enough time to consider and make our own decision. When we are about to put an offer, CL spends time with us reviewing documents in detail and come up with strategies to help us negotiate for credits. During the whole process, he kept us updated and respond promptly to our questions. Well definitely recommend CL to my friends(in fact, we already did! ) and will also choose him to be our realtor when we need help in the future.

CL helped me and my fiancee to purchase our first house. We interviewed multiple realtors and he clearly stood out from the rest as he demonstrated deep understanding of the housing market in the Bellevue-Redmond-Kirkland area. We scheduled multiple followup meetings with him to learn about different zip code areas and neighbourhoods, their associated school districts, traffic conditions, nearby facilities, etc. and his extensive knowledge helped us a lot in narrowing down our search criteria even before we start house tours. During house tours, CL was able to point out many details that we would have overlooked, such as distance to high power lines, noise level of the house during high traffic hours, and potential noise hazards from nearby facilities that we had no idea about. He also gave us very detailed estimate about remodelling prices of different components in the house if we plan to do so, and that helped us to estimate the real price of the house with our renovation plans instead of just the face value. Almost for every house we visited, CL could relate to his past experience of selling or buying properties in the same neighbourhood, and that gave us a lot of confidence in trusting his judgements.During the closing period, CL confidently and strategically negotiated with the seller agent and we ended up with a great deal. He was responsive and professional in answering all our questions about the closing process and legal terms in contracts that we did not understand, and went through the entire inspection report with us while getting quotes for potential repairs required. We asked him a lot of questions about the renovations we want to do, and he gave us insightful advices based on our house structure and conditions, and provided contacts and referrals for many contractors we are now working with.Overall, we really enjoyed working with CL and appreciate the effort that CL has put to help us find our first home. We look forward to working with him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in the BRK area.

CL is definitely the best realtor I could ever ask for and find in Seattle. My partner and I have worked with a few different agents in the past, but no one could ever come close to CL. After we decided to buy our house in Seattle, we have contacted 5 agents, and finally we chose CL. Not only because he is a mandarin speaker, that can help the communications without language barriers, but for his personality. CL is an agent with really good job responsibility, carefulness, patience and earnestness. From the date we selected the house, waiting to build, until the house closed last week.
