Within 48-hours she had beautifully re-staged my house (she owns a staging company, and there was no cost for the staging) and had it rephotographed. The re-listing with the new staging and photography immediately started getting attention, and after sitting on the market for months, six weeks after I hired Leslie I was in contract with a buyer and it closed escrow two weeks later. What I really appreciated about Leslie is her expert advice; she'll be 100% honest with you on what she thinks needs to be done to sell your home, including the right price. She really knows what she's doing including real estate marketing and put together a very strong plan for my home. As an extra benefit, she teams up with another super-strong realtor in her office so the support throughout the process was always immediate and outstanding. Leslie is a true professional and I can not recommend her highly enough!

We had to move from North Bend, WA to Atlanta on short notice, leaving multiple projects undone on our house before we could list it. Not only did Leslie handle all of these projects, cleaning, landscaping etc. while we were getting settled in Georgia, but she sold house in just two days...for one hundred thousand dollars above our asking price! Her knowledge, professionalism, all-in helpfulness and honesty via constant communication and guidance was something to behold. FAR superior to any real estate experience that my wife or I had ever experienced.
