Luke was absolutely amazing. It felt like he worked 50 hours a day with us. He was available to meet in person quickly, completely nailed the houses that we wanted with our criteria, and made the complex process of buying a home extremely easy for us. An example is he sent us emails with lists of homes that fit what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted for our home, and put our expectations on paper by finding multiple houses that we liked. Ultimately we found our home in the first round of houses that we viewed. He was also very easy to work with, made us feel extremely comfortable which built an immediate trust with him. He truly wanted the best for us and we felt that while working with him. We felt his guanine excitement when we bought our house. An example of how quick Luke works, my wife and I looked at the emails Friday night, we messaged him our favorites and while we originally hadnt planned on viewing houses Saturday, he was available the next day and we viewed our top 3 choices. We loved the first house that day and we were able to put in our bid that day. We went from Tuesday night meeting Luke, to a seller accepting our bid that Saturday.
