A friend recommended I work with Joe and I wasn't disappointed in the least. He was great! Joe knew all of the local areas and was quick to advise me when I was interested in a house that was in a...less than ideal location..even if it meant he had to spend more time checking out other homes for me instead. I was out of state throughout the entire process so he took the time to video each house and made sure to let me know of any potential pitfalls, either with the house itself or the neighborhood in general. His entire team was helpful and communicative throughout the process and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. He even took the time to pick me up from the airport when I arrived and personally introduce me to my new home.

Joe has been an absolute gem, providing unparalleled support in fulfilling our real estate needs. His dedication is commendable, as he went above and beyond to accommodate every single requirement, even during off hours. I highly recommend Joes services; his professionalism and deep understanding of the Pacific Northwest market truly set him apart. Its been a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable and committed to ensuring a seamless experience.

agents Ive worked with in Seattle. I was looking for an affordable rental and Kamal took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He found me a great place quickly and even helped me with rental-related questions after I moved in. Hes professional, responsive, and truly cares about his clients needs. Whether youre looking to rent or buy in Seattle, I highly recommend Kamal Singh for his honesty, market knowledge, and dedication!

Kamal is an awesome agent. He helped us find the perfect house that met our requirements. During price negotiations with seller, Kamal did an amazing job in advising us on the bidding price to get us the perfect deal. From start to end, Kamal was prompt and helped us in every step in our first-time home buying journey (and following up even after closing). He is the best and we highly recommend Kamal.
