Tracy is amazing. She helped us to find and buy our home when we moved to Washington in 2009. She was incredible to work with and went far beyond what we expected to help find and purchase our beautiful home in Federal Way. In 2016, we decided we were ready for a move to Ocean Shores, and of course, we called Tracy again. She did an amazing job listing and selling our home. The sale was fast and smooth thanks to her. At the same time she actually drove us all over Ocean Shores and surrounding areas (2-3 hours away from her usual area) looking for our new home. No matter what the weather, there she was. She patiently and happily traipsed all over Grays Harbor County several times until we found the perfect home. It took ALOT of work on her part to make the transaction happen. We had several problems and she tackled every one of them. We have an amazing house right on the lake and close enough to walk to the ocean.
