I purchased a home as a newlywed with my wife and had Alysha as my Buyers Agent. We were looking for the perfect home within a very tight price range and a large wish list. Alysha was understanding with all of our requests and was professional throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers she gave us intelligent advice that made our home buying process go a lot smoother. There is a lot of confusing paperwork as you go through the home buying process and she was able to walk us through all of it. I felt comfortable being able to understand everything I was signing. Alysha also had an inspector and mortgage broker she recommended that we ended up going with and they were top notch. Once we found the home it was smooth sailing and we closed on-time! If my friends and family need to purchase a home I always recommend Alysha if they do not have an agent yet.

My experience with Ms. Alysha Noggle during the process of searching for and buying a home was nothing short of absolutely fantastic in every possible way. Coming into this I had no idea what so ever what I needed to do to even begin the process of buying a house. I explained how little I knew to Ms. Alysha Noggle and she invited me to her office to explain and define everything that I would need to know to proceed as well as asking me what exactly I would be looking for in a home. She was kind enough to provide a packet for me to keep and compile with my notes that I had taken during our meeting, answered all my questions , and ensured that I understood what was being talked about and had no questions left. She was very clear and upfront about what would be needed from me and on top of that she was able to make use of her extensive contacts to streamline the entire process, from finding a good lender to being able to provide the contact information for a trustworthy inspector. Over the course of two to three months she consistently called to inform me of where we were in a step, to provide updates on the market, or to see if I had any questions regarding anything. She also provided emails with houses matching my preferences for me to look through. If any of those caught my eye or if I happened to find another house and ask her about it she would waste no time and usually got us in for a tour the next day if not sooner. She is a person with very much experience in her field and it shows. During house tours she would often spot things that I would have completely over looked and would explain what could have caused it and potential fixes if any were needed. She has seen enough houses to understand them inside and out, she knows how the market works even during uncertain times, and is able to accurately set up all paperwork necessary to move forward through the steps in what I am sure should be a record time given that each packet was a thick as a phone book. Had it not been for Ms. Alysha Noggle I am certain I would not be a home owner now. I could not have been in better hands and am extremely grateful for everything she did for me. I look forward to recommending her to friends and coworkers for anything real estate related so they too can experience the professionalism and diligence that Ms. Alysha Noggle embodies.
