When I first met Tracy, she was the listing agent for an open house, she was friendly and engaging. We met again, a few months later, at another one of her open houses, this time my husband was with me. At that time, we were kind of looking, not at all sure if we really wanted to make such a big change. When we asked her to meet with us and evaluate our house, she came prepared with comparative data to assist us in our decision. She also shared her thoughts on issues we need to address to prepare our house for sale. It was ten months before we found the house we wanted to buy and had our house somewhat ready to sell. All in all, Tracy worked with us for over one year. She clearly loves her job, she is helpful, in no way pushy, and very knowledgeable about the housing market and the process of buying and selling.
