We first met Mira Gregory and Lee Rosales when they helped us buy our home in Washington. A couple of years later, life took us in a completely different direction and we needed to move our family from Washington to Arizona. There was no question who we trusted to help us sell that same home. The sale wasnt an easy one. Our house took much longer to sell than any of us hoped, due to the market and circumstances outside of anyones control. But what I will remember most is that Mira and Lee never made us feel like we were navigating it alone. They worked incredibly hard for our family throughout the entire process. They helped coordinate contractors whenever something needed to be taken care of, kept communication open, helped us problem-solve from another state, and even stepped in to help us pack when we needed it. That goes so far beyond what you expect from a Realtor. They didnt just help us buy and sell a house. They showed up for our family through two major transitions in our lives, and they continued showing up even when the second one became long and complicated. If you are looking for Realtors who will work hard, communicate with you, find solutions when things get difficult, and genuinely care about the people behind the transaction, I cannot recommend Mira and Lee enough. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family.

Barbara helped us sell our home in Birch Bay in a buyer's market. We had already moved out of state, having rented the home for a couple years, and she went above and beyond, personally laboring to spruce up our home and property for the sale. She brought all this same attention to the second house we bid on (and now live in), on an even quicker turnaround time. Mira was a strategic, focused, and calm advocate as we went through a particularly stressful bidding process. And then she helped us all throughout the escrow period and then made sure we had what we needed through moving day and as we settled in. Finally, what made her such a good fit for us was not only her amazing expertise and caliber of client education/advocacy, but her rapport and people-skills. We had a lot (!) of stress about the house search, and dont know how we could have done this without Mira! She does her work in a way that is so humane, warm, and full of integrity. And youll see that she leaves many final touches on her work that are so thoughtful.

Mira is a stellar agent. I couldn't say enough good things about her. She most definitely went above and beyond to get our sale closed. You cannot go wrong with her.
