I cannot share enough raving reviews about my experience with Jason and Joe!!! They are an amazing team who made buying and selling a home as seamless as possible. From the moment we connected they were professional, responsive, and informative. In our initial meeting they provided an extensive report detailing their services, the buy/sell process, current market conditions, and what to expect from selling our home. Jason and Joe made themselves available for every question and concern my fiance and I had - and we had a lot! They guided us through the preparation of selling our home and went the extra mile to aggressively market our listing. They negotiated and worked with all interested buyers to get us the best deal. When it came to finding our forever home they listened to our likes, dislikes, and our wish list. They were both genuinely committed to finding us the home we would love. Ashley is an amazing realtor! Ashley and her team is so quick to respond with any questions you have. With her we were able to go out and see properties before anyone else!. There were times where we werent able to see a property because the review date was in a an hour. But Ashley got all the paperwork ready and we submitted it all with 2 minutes to spare! If youre looking to buy or sell your home we recommend Ashely for sure! She is VERY knowledgeable in most cities ESPECIALLY the North! She will work very hard to find out any information you may have about anything. She has great ideas how to remodel a home and how to get it market ready! Shes there to keep your spirits up when you get out bidded. We were searching for a home with her for about 4 months and closed before our lease was up! Thank you Ashley so much!
