My wife and I began our quest for a new home several months in advance by researching Realtors prior to viewing listings. Without a knowledgeable and experienced Realtor Team to assist us, we knew our effort and goal would not have been realized. The majority of our inquiries with a diversity of local professional acquaintances, including relatives and friends that previously followed the same path in our area of interest to discover a 'dream home' led us directly to DeAnna Sickler and Dyan Lane at John Scott Realty. Without their professional experience and knowledge combined with such a caring atmosphere for our quest, we doubt that our dream home might not have come true ... but it did because of them.

Both realtors arrived on time to evaluate my home. They are professional, courteous, and warm. They replied to any questions instantly online and were accommodating to my need for paper copies during the entire process. They sold my home to the second people who viewed it in the first few days posted to MLS and Zillow. They are embedded in Ashland and know the entire Jackson County market very well. I enjoyed working with them.

DeAnna, Dyan, Linda, Britney, and Tana are the best of the best! I've purchased two homes with DeAnna and Dyan, and I've been extremely pleased and impressed with them each time. I'll never hire another realtor in Southern Oregon! I've worked with many different realtors, and they are absolutely in a league of their own. Their incredible negotiation skills, knowledge, care, attention to detail, and solution-oriented approach is fantastic. I'm a very detail oriented person, and they have or find an answer to every question. On my latest home purchase, they helped me complete a ton of inspections on a tight timeline. We found expensive unexpected issues that I feared would price me out of the home. Sellers weren't working with us and I thought we wouldn't have a deal. DeAnna and Dyan negotiated fiercely and enabled me to buy my dream home on conditions I could afford. I don't think anyone else could have done it. Working with them will be the best decision in your real estate dealings!

The "Two D's" worked tirelessly to help us find a house that fit our needs. The entire effort took many months and was performed in and around COVID restrictions as well as a personal illness that ceased house hunting activity for several months.The team was always quick to respond to questions and requests for meetings. They also coordinated well with the mortgage company and title company. Communication throughout was excellent for all the players!

This is my second purchase using Linda Haxton and team D & D.Love their attention to detail and hand holding through the process.Linda goes above and beyond in the search, due diligence, inspection process and beyond.Highly recommend!
