My husband and I were first time home buyers and Austin was stellar as our agent. He was so savvy in the way he negotiated the price of our home down to below asking price (by leveraging the inspection and contractor quotes). He was very organized and hands on. He coordinated contractors for second opinions and met them onsite. Austin was also very communicative and knowledgable of the Bellingham area. I 10/10 would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.

Hes deeply knowledgeable about the local market and incredibly well connected to a network of contractors, lenders, inspectors, etc. And even after closing, hes continued to show up for us. That alone says everything. Clear communication. Zero ego. Steady presence. Real advocacy. We werent just buying a house, we were choosing where to build our life. Austin understood that, and he treated it that way. Couldnt recommend him more.

Austin added so much value to our home buying process- its not easy to schedule and coordinate contractors (not to mention finding trustworthy ones). All of that extra effort and his skillful negotiation got us $40k off the list price plus additional seller credits to cover closing costs. Austin is easy to work with, knows a ton about the area, and most importantly got us into our first home by getting a great deal.

Austin did a great job every step of the way. All the information I gave him on what I was looking for day one. He right away started working hard on giving me great housing options. He was there for me when I needed it but gave me time to think things out when I wanted that. During the buying process he was very helpful making all the steps nice and easy. Also managed to get seller credits. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him.
