Cody was our agent for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the our new house. The marketing of our sale property was top notch, leading to a full offer within a week. Our purchase home was new construction and had some considerable hiccups along the way. Cody was on top of everything and really helped to keep the process moving. He made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier on us. I would definitely recommend Cody to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I went into the home sales process blissfully unaware and unprepared for the challenges that can arise with selling an ageing home. Cody was a life saver, and I leaned on his expertise and guidance heavily throughout the entire process. No situation threw him off guard and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel like a breeze. I personally would no longer even consider buying or selling a home without Cody's services. He's that good!
