I have worked with The Moose Group twice. Most recently, Moose helped me with the purchase of a house. I am not an exaggerator, and I can honestly say that the entire experience was awesome. One of the things I most appreciated was the thoughtful communication through the Tuesday video updates as well as the use of WhatsApp chats to stay up-to-date in real time. I was always able to get my questions answered quickly. I had sort of stumbled into using Redfin on my first offer, but there were several red flags that occurred during the offer and inspection period. I was able to move on and this time I went back to the expertise that Moose offers. He made a point to tell me that he wanted to earn my business, which he did. I have recently recommended Moose to my co-workers and I will do so again in the future. I cannot recommend Moose and his team highly enough!

Working with the Moose Group was a breeze! When we first started working with Moose, he knew we were looking but knew it might not be for awhile. He would check in with us from time to time to see where we were at, but he never made us feel pressured. Over a year later we were ready and we knew we were going to work with Moose. Throughout the buying process we were kept up to date through WhatsApp, which was very nice, we never had to wait long to have our questions answered. The team made everything feel convenient and the lender they referred us to, Keith Akada, is my new favorite person! I've already recommended The Moose Group to a few people and look forward on continuing to work with them as we get ready to sell our home!

Moose was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The home is inaccurately listed as a three bedroom, but it was just two. All the images of inside the home were heavily AI generated and not true to reality. Moose stood in the corner the whole time on his phone and refused to answer any questions.

Ive completed four real estate transactions using the services of Moose Math as my Realtor over the years (two home sales, two home purchases), five if I also count The Moose Groups help with my son and his fiancA(C)s first time home purchase, and I highly recommend Moose and his team. From a strictly business standpoint, they are consummate professionals. I feel confident when working with them that every deadline will be met, every i dotted, and every t crossed. From a personal standpoint, Moose is simply good people and I think he surrounds himself with other good people. Moose clearly cares about his clients, his team, as well as the myriad other professionals he comes in contact with every day in the course of running his business. From what Ive seen, Moose seems committed to helping everyone he works with to succeed. He took the time to help me figure out what I wanted and what I needed in a home, and then helped me find a great fit. He helped guide me and keep me calm and confident through a home purchase in a very hot, very fast-paced housing market that can get overwhelming at times, and throughout the process he also kept it fun. Moving is hard work so I hope to never have to do it again, but if I do, I would definitely use their services again, and will confidently refer everyone I know to them for their Real Estate needs, knowing theyll do an excellent job.

Moose and his team went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor! I have bought and sold many homes/properties over the years and never received that kind of service from other realtors. Moose was very professional! He was knowledgeable, catered to my needs, and gave it a 110%. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Moose and his team!
