JMG Real Estate

Working with Kristin when looking for my home was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and provided me with all the information I could have asked for on the property. She was happy to meet with us on our schedule and I really couldn't be happier with how smoothly the whole process went due to her great work! Thank you again Kristin!

We've known Kristin for several years and she's helped us buy and sell 5 different properties. In 2020 she helped us buy a lake front condo and sell the home we were living in. Then in 2021 she helped us sell a rental property. Most recently she helped us sell the lakefront condo and buy our new home. In all instances her knowledge and expertise made the process easier for us. What really impressed us was the hard work she put in to help us and the timeliness with which she got back to us with questions and/or problems we were having. We would highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Bill & Ruth

Kristin is the BEST. She walked my husband and I through the sale of a loved ones home aEUR" and even though it was a sad event aEUR" Kristin made it very easy for us and we got through it with a new friend by our side. We cant thank her enough for caring so much about our situation. She is a joy to work with aEUR" and went above and beyond for us. Kristin, you are forever in our debt. Kristin was amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the NH market and was very professional throughout the whole process. Her communications skills are top notch and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Kristin was amazing from the first meeting right through the closing. She was a huge asset when working with the sellers, the lender and us. She helped make it happen, and in time. She even helped scraped paint to make the closing go on time.
