J.J. Palmtag, Inc.

We listed our father's house with Janet Palmtag after having it listed previously with two other agencies. We needed to sell the house to settle the estate. After 18 frustrating months we listed it with Janet and she had numerous showings and sold it in a very timely manner. What we liked best was her great communication. We live out of state so needed someone to take care of a lot of details for us. Janet went above and beyond in keeping us in the loop. She let us know when she had showings and what the response was from prospective buyers. We would highly recommend Janet for your real estate needs. Dennis and Carol Keller

Great Experience still looking for a suitable property. We looked at a commercial property in Nebraska City. It didn't fit our needs but we were given all the facts which helped us make an informed decision.

Bob Engles was friendly and very professional. He always took time to answer our questions and provided positive feedback. After visiting with Bob, we always walked away feeling he was doing what was best for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Our property was for sale over four years before Janet Palmtag got the listing. Within a few months she found a buyer and we sold the property!! She did an outstanding job. She is a true professional, who has integrity and knows the area better than anyone else we found during the 10 years we owned the property. She always had our best interest mind and was very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend her as an agent/broker particularly, if the owner is not local.

Janet Palmtag is the consummate professional. Within an hour of inquiring about an intriguing property online, she had contacted myself and the listing agent and set up a viewing... all before nine AM on a Saturday morning! When my wife and I decided to make an offer, Janet guided us through the entire home-buying experience with competence and efficiency. She helped us identify several issues which the seller was obliged to resolve, saving us thousands of dollars in future repairs. Despite my pushiness and insistence upon a timeline, Janet somehow made us feel as if we were her only clients; yet looking at her listings and reviews around the web might show her to be the busiest woman in Eastern Nebraska! Thanks for helping us into our first home, Janet, we couldn't be happier.
