I'm soon to be 76.I've lost my best God given 53 yr wife/ mom due to Big Pharma; Jeannne's in Cleve area n.home hardly knowing me any longer + our illustrious Fed Govt paralyzed her with covid vax ! I needed to move closer to n.home and daughter,thus house sale,Chester,WV. Our original E.Liverpool home was stolen,that ColumbianaOh.realtor-- worst in U.S. ! Now,my experience,Guida,not good either.Yes fairly fast sale as needed.HOWEVER, I lost too much $$ again and was not given enough time to move out,BEING TOO OLD BY MYSELF. You see,I live on Soc.Security + $200./mo.pension,unlike the buyer,whom I was told by another source bought perhaps another rental property.Finally,a last comment,GREED HAS DESTROYED THE U.S.A.,$$ IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL !! I'm now in rental,closer to Jeanne and DONE WITH REAL ESTATE !! Good Day !
