Jesse Weinberg

Chris helped up to unload our condo while in a tough situation in the condo market and then issues related to non-warrantable status due to CA compliance laws. He was quick to schedule the many showings and transparent about everything with no fluff or nonsense.

Chris OBrien did an amazing job getting us ready to list and then ultimately getting our Culver City condo sold quickly at asking price. If looking for a realtor in this area you wont be disappointed with Chris and the Jesse Weinberg firms expertise.

After a 6 month listing produced no acceptable offers, Will Robertson with Jesse Weinberg Real-estate was a great help in staging and selling our condo in 2 weeks. He dealt with a difficult buyer and HOA in the extended escrow process. His advice and negotiating skills were exceptional. He responds very quickly to every message sent. We highly recommend him.

Chris shepherded us through a very complicated process and we are truly grateful for his help! Several unpermitted renovations came up as code violations during this sale and Chris helped to resolve these issues with the Seller and the city. Chris is responsive, always interested in helping, and is a kind person. We definitely would recommend him to all!

Chris was an incredible asset as our agent. He helped us with the purchase of our condo 5 years ago, and the sale of it when we relocated back to the east coast. Because we had to move before the sale of the house, Chris went above and beyond to keep us in the loop during the process while we were moving. He was knowledgeable, re-assuring, and transparent. We trusted him fully, twice, and he delivered both times. I cant recommend Chris enough. If youre on the fence, get off now and hire this man. You wont regret it!
