When I contacted Stanley I was very interested in one particular house and being from New York City, I had no real knowledge of the house buying process in Texas. Stanley was patient and gave good advice when to fly down to look at properties and what was considered "norm" for things included in a house purchase. Stanley's dedication surprised me in that two weeks before I flew down ...my pick of houses mysteriously went off the market and Stanley went to the court house and looked up the owner's name and address for me. I wrote to her and although she lives 500 miles from the house she'selling we are in negotiations right now. Mean while I flew down and Stanley showed me around and although I couldn't see the house I picked (seller had yet to respond to my letter) my time was not wasted as Stanley showed me around, showed me more properties and let me get a "feel" for the area and the climate, which was the main reason for my initial trip. Probably the "cherry-on-top" to Stanley's dedication was that since I was intetested in well water Stanley even took me to a business, showed me who they were and where they were, so after I made a house purchase I could hire them to test the well water and guide me as to proper filters if need be!

I can't imagine working with an agent better than Stanley Miller. The time and effort Mr. Miller has put forth assisting me in finding a property that meets my very challenging requirements (something really nice for very little money - no problem!) is nothing less than remarkable. He's extremely knowledgeable, always goes the extra mile and then some, and as I read from another reviewer when I chose Stanley as an agent - he is just a very trustworthy and good guy. You not only enjoy time spent with him, but you always come away a little wiser as well.

Horrible experience! Was rude and unprofessional, would not drive an hour to show me a property he said was aEURoesoldaEUR? even though listing agent said owners were pending contract but still entertaining offersaEUR| dont waste your time with this guy. Hes not willing to go the e yea Mike and put in the effort! Didnt even help to recommend other properties in the area, and I was driving from 6 hours away !!

Stanley is such a genuine realtor. We really connected with him immediately and enjoyed working with him. His heart is in the hill country and if that is where you want to be, definitely contact him.

My wife and I wanted a nice house in the country with some acreage. Stanley worked with us for about a year and a half before we found a place that suited our wants and needs. Stanley sent me prospective properties to consider and I sent him links to properties I had seen on-line. Stanley and I traveled many miles together looking at properties in Burnet, Llano, Mills, Hamilton, Cherokee, Brown, and San Saba counties. Quite often I'd call Stanley up and ask if he was available on short notice to go look at potential properties and he always responded promptly and was ready to go. Stanley was great to work with and a genuinely nice guy. I can highly recommend Stanley.
