I moved to Wake Forest, N. C. from Rocky Mount, N. C. in 2010. I studied business administration at Nash Community College and proceeded to work in fast pace and customer centric retail environments. Assuring client delight and leading an aggressive management team was my primary focus. Passionate about the customer experience and helping others to achieve their dreams, I embarked on a career in real estate in 2018. In my free time I love being a mother and wife. I am involved in both of my children's school and sporting groups and I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I was very pleased with the service Demetria provided. I live in California, and needed to sell a property in North Carolina. Demetria managed all aspects of the sales process on my behalf in a professional and experienced manner. She sourced vendors and contractors needed to clean and repair my property so that it showed at its best! She was always responsive and timely in communicating throughout the process. Even though I was 3000 miles away, I was confident that Demetria was representing my best interest.
