My wife and I have worked with Gay for every single real estate transaction we have ever completed, including two personal residence purchases, one investment property purchase, one personal residence sale, and three investment property leases. We have recommended her to all of our friends who were interested in purchasing a house, resulting in at least four additional real estate transactions that I know of, all with stellar results and feedback from our friends. Gay knows the Austin market better than anyone I know and will guide you to make decisions that will benefit you the most. When my wife and I were looking for our first house, Gay asked us to indulge her by looking at a house that was a little bit out of our geographic preference, but was larger and almost $100K under our budget. We were staunchly opposed to it at first, but ended up writing an offer 30 minutes after we saw it and were then able to sell it in two years for 25% more than we paid, with minimal investment. I will never forget her words: "This is the house that I would want my kids to live in." She was concerned about us as people, not the fact that her commission would be significantly less if we bought that house.
