Jaqua Realtors

I have used Janice twice now, once to buy and again to sell my house. She was phenomenal both times. Janice is a great communicator, and uses data and experience to support all of her recommendations. She always makes time for her clients and I reach out to her often for recommendations on contractors in the area that do good work. I very highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor, and I will continue to do so.

We truly cant say enough about our experience and interaction on the sale of the house. The package she put together to market the property was outstanding and so professional.

Janice was awesome to work with! She was very knowledgeable and kind. Janice walked us new home buyers through the process patiently and never "sold" us on a house. Her amazing negotiation skills enabled her to put together a competitive offer and stay within our budget that got us the home of our dreams. Working with Janice you can tell she genuinely loves her job and cares about her clients.
