Janko Realty Group

My experience with Tony Janko was exceptional?. Toni Eads stood with my family, she was very professional and treated my husband and I like family. They were patient, loving and always keep us posted on every step of the way. Thank you so much Tony Janko and Toni Eads for your help and support.

Toni Eads was our daughter & her fiance's realtor and she was wonderful. It was their first time shopping for a home & Toni guided them at every step. They first looked at existing homes and eventually ended up buying a new build from MI Homes. Toni attended their walk thru & closing and helped guide them through everything. She was knowledgeable about both the new homes as well as how to shop for an older home. I felt they were always in good hands & that Toni was taking care of them like they were her own. I would highly recommend Toni & her team to anyone buying, building or selling a home. Top Notch!

The Janko Realty Group did a fantastic job with listing, marketing, attracting the best buyer and communicating every step all the way to closing. Working in the real estate field for two decades, I have had the opportunity to witness hundreds of realtors at work. None hold a candle to the work the Janko team put into selling our personal home. I highly recommend their team when it comes time to either sell or buy your next home!

Janko Realty is absolutely amazing. Tony met with us and thoroughly explained every detail, supplemented by written information as to how he would sell our house. Within a couple hours of listing the home, we had 2 showings AND 2 offers!! Tony and his team answered every question and kept us on track with every scheduled showing, every offer negotiation and closing details! We absolutely would use them again!

Toni Eads and Janko Realty are absolutely AMAZING! 5 stars isn't enough. We had a truly terrible experience with a prior realtor. After leaving that situation, Toni Eads & Janko Realty was everything we expected - honest, attentive, very knowledgeable and most importantly they had OUR best interest at heart. They went out of their way to make our sale happen. Always answering questions at all hours of the day and night. They even gave us sound, honest advice about the bad situation with our previous realtor, even though they had no financial reason to help us. They treated us like family. If you want a realtor who truly cares, call Toni Eads at Janko Realty.
