Words cannot explain how great it was to work with Jana. My husband and I were first time home buyers so everything was very foreign to us. On our first meeting Jana sat down with us and explained the process in detail and what we needed to expect and at what points of the process we would need to pull out the checkbook. During the offer process our financing fell through and Jana was wonderful in helping us find other options. I was worried about finding an experienced real estate agent that would want to work with a buyer with a small budget but Jana never made us feel like our sale was any less important than other and I feel that she work extremely hard for us.We purchased a foreclosure through Fannie Mae so with multiple delays and setbacks Jana went out of her way to consistently follow up and coordinate task between the bank and the listing agent so that our close date wouldnt get pushed back. To add to the chaos we went in as a renovation loan through the bank and Jana handled the scheduling of the contractors estimates and needed paperwork requested by the bank. That was above and beyond anything I expected her to do for us. She truly made my husband and Is dream become a reality. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana as agent to anyone and would actually encourage anyone looking for an agent to at least give her a call because she will earn your business.
