Jamie White Real Estate

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the home buying process as easy as possible and very timely with returning calls or texts and answering questions.

Jamie did a great job in assessing the market and pricing our home to sell. By personally helping to prepare our home for showing it looked its best. He had an excellent photographer and Jamie worked with him to create wonderful photos and a video. Communication always was clear and easy and Jamie personally worked on all the details that made closing on time and without a hitch. Highly recommend.

I just closed on a house in Charlottesville. I randomly found Jamie while looking in both Richmond and Charlottesville, but I fell in love with a house he showed us in Charlottesville that seemed like the perfect fit. I still had a house to sell in another state, so it was quite challenging. Jamie helped make the process run smoothly. Despite having to do almost everything remotely, he was always attentive to what I needed from afar. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but knowing I had Jamie on my end in Charlottesville made the process so much better than I would have expected. I was able to stay calm all the way to the closing, knowing he had things under control on that end. I am grateful to have found him and would recommend him for your real estate needs. Great person to work with!

Jamie is a fantastic realtor! This was my first home purchase and I was moving to VA from MA. He was always available, helped me with the littlest of questions since I havent done this before and was overall a great resource. He quickly determined what my likes were and ultimately found the perfect place. He walked me through the entire process and it was super smooth. Id highly recommend Jamie for your home selling or purchasing needs!

Jamie never demanded a exclusivity clause unlike other agents we talked to before showing us houses. Was honest about the houses he showed us and the hurdles we would face coming from the Chesapeake area. Worked with us until the very end and answered any question we threw at him. Would recommend him again to anyone moving into the area.
