Connie and Tony are class acts through and through! I could weep over how happy I am with the entire experience. Tony went above and beyond at every step of the way. Not only did he have the best communication, he was such a joy and is genuinely a wonderful human being! His work ethic, commitment, professionalism are top-notch!

Intimate knowledge of the North Barrington market. Good advise on getting the property ready for sale. Very good negotiation skills. Connies team marketed the property in a very effective manner which enabled us to sell the property sooner. There was no pressure ever to reduce the price of the property to sell quickly. Connie is a cut above the rest. Muge was always there to help. We are glad we went with Connie and team. Connies team also helped us buy our next property and they did a very good job there too.

Connie and her team (Muge and Mari) were exceptional from the start. They gave us clear guidance, provided us a staging assistant to make the presentation great, and were quick to get the sale started. They also did an exceptional job with the pictures, video, and sale presentation. During buyer visits they were exceptionally knowledgeable of the home which motivated much interest. Thanks to the great efforts of Connie and her team, we sold the house in a week. Amazing!

Connie by far is the best in town! I have bought & sold 3 homes with Connie and she has always got me the best price possible. But its her understanding of the large market with a small town girl touch. She really connects and goes above & beyond what a realtor does. She will get her hands dirty & truly helps from the bottom of her big heart! She has your best interests on both sides. She made it very easy & smooth transition to a new home.

We had a amazing experience working with Connie and her team (MugA? and Katerina)! Connie is incredibly knowledgeable on the local market, and especially Wynstone. I can be (obnoxiously) picky, and Connie was determined to find the right fit. Having a team around her meant that someone was available to assist us at virtually any time. She ultimately got us into and helped us purchase a home before it hit the market, and we couldn't be more grateful. When it came time to sell our other home, Connie and team made the process extremely easy, ultimately selling the first weekend well over asking price. We couldn't have asked for more! We're so glad to have met Connie and will recommend her to all of our friends looking to move to the area!
