I could not say more positive things about Maureen and my home buying experience with her. She attentively listened to what I was looking for (and not looking for) and was very mindful in the properties she showed me. This was my first home and Maureen went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and address any questions or concerns I had. I still can?t believe how easy and painless the whole process was! Don?t even get me started on Maureen?s negotiation skills... She was able to get my property for less than asking in the crazy hot summer 2021 market! ?? I could not recommend Maureen more and will 10000% be using for my buying and selling endeavors.

We were lucky to find Maureen! She was incredibly patient when we were looking for our house, and took us to showing every weekend and sometimes at a moments notice to make sure we could get viewings. She also had tons of connections in the real estate business from lenders to contractors, it made the process very smooth. We?ve recommended her to several of our friends and they?ve all been as happy with her as we have.

Maureen is very pleasant, hard working, and will give you very helpful advice to sell your property. She demonstrates exemplary charisma and has trusted expertise to improve the desirability of the home you?re selling. I?d highly recommend her services to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks Maureen :)

Maureen was a great agent to work with in Chicago. She always took my best interest into account, pointing out the problems or benefits of each property we saw, and she took point on negotiations making sure the sellers weren?t pulling surprises. Maureen is not pushy and willing to work with your individual needs.

Maureen was so helpful. We were a little clueless, this being our first house. But she was kind and explained everything and made us feel comfortable. She worked hard for what we wanted and made sure we thought of everything! I?d highly recommend Maureen.
