James Spece - Realtor, Inc.

James is amazing and found us the perfect house within a week of first speaking. James listened to what we were looking for, found the perfect house and answered the multitude of questions I had before submitting an offer. I can not recommend James highly enough!

Great experience working with James! He was my sole resource when I was moving from out of state back to Texas. I really liked the ability to be able to review homes for sale that met my criteria. He offered sound advice regarding locations and features, set up an aggressive day for viewing my list of possible home selections, and brought things together when I decided on my favorite.

James was excellent to work with! He was invaluable to my home search and ultimate purchase. He was super patient with me, as a first time home buyer, and helped me find a home I absolutely love. He is thorough, walks you through all the steps, super responsive and timely, double checks everything for you, and just makes sure your home purchasing process is easy and you end up happy. Couldnt be more thrilled with where we ended up and all thanks to James help. Highly recommend!

James was absolutely fantastic during the whole process of purchasing and closing on our home. We purchased an older home and had several inspections and specialists to work through as well as a number of negotiations with the seller and he handled it with ease. He also made sure that we were comfortable throughout the whole process and kept our interests at the forefront. I would highly recommend working with James, Caitlin and their team if you need to buy or sell your home.

James was tremendous to work with selling our home and I highly recommend him. He moved with a sense of urgency, stayed in constant communication and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. From staging, photos, listing, showings, negotiations and all the details of closing the transaction, he was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you James! No doubt we will work with you again.
