James Baker Realty, Inc.

James was fantastic from the start. Super knowledgeable and the photos sold the house in three days! We made a great deal in no time. Thanks again for everything!

James has been absolutely phenomenal! I lived in the Valley for less than two years, so I asked a well-connected friend who to trust, and he said, aEURoeJames is the best. Hes trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, loyal, and resourceful.aEUR? He was right. James went above and beyond at every step. We changed our minds twiceaEUR"first wanting to sell, then rent, then sell againaEUR"and he supported us through it all. We were living out of the Valley during the entire process, but James took care of everything. When renters damaged the house, he found the right people to handle the repairs quickly and well. The entire process took over a year, and James was always on our side with great advice and endless patience. His guidance was invaluable during both the rental and sale negotiations. In short, I cannot say enough good things about James. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

I had a great experience working with JAMES. He is truly professional, experienced, and dedicated. He helped me sell my house during a difficult time and was able to negotiate favorable terms for both sides. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, JAMES

Thanks to James we were able sell our home fast and efficiently. His vast knowledge and expertise were instrumental in getting us what we needed. James took the time to really listen to us, and value our opinions. Because of his over 30 years in Real Estate, he was able to develop a game plan that worked to perfection. James always reached out with daily updates and opportunities for questions. We struck gold in a very difficult market because of James. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get the job done!

James Baker, Broker/Owner of James Baker Realty, was and is the hardest working, dedicated, knowledgeable Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with as a seller of my home. Hours of work through some tough challenges, we worked as a team, Realtor and Seller, to effectively and efficiently sell my home for over asking price. Thank you, Mr. Baker. I could not be happier.
