Jacob was awesome! We were lucky to find him! He was very thorough and cared about the small details as well as the big ones of course. Also his awesome personality made working with him a lot of fun! We weren't very knowledgeable of anything that came with buying a home. He made sure nothing was missed or passed over. And even asked questions we should have asked but this process is a lot haha 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
