He is very thorough and good about catching any/all potential issues to ensure you wont find yourself blindsided by anything. I have used him to buy and sell property. Mr McKee negotiated with buying realtor to get a fair price. He kept us informed about negotiations, other potential buyers, housing market in Anderson, etc.. He informed us about inspections, closing process, etc..

We found a piece of land we liked so we called the agent whose name was on the sign. Hal was very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us knowledgeable timelines. I was impressed when he went to the lot and took pictures for us of the holes that were dug for septic perc tests. It clearly indicated the county had completed their tests. He has a lot of local experience and is a good communicator. I recommend Hal for any of your real estate needs.
