Erin is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about the market and where we needed to focus in order to receive the highest and best offer for our home. The individualized care and attention to detail left us feeling like we like we were her only clients, despite knowing how busy she actually was. As stressful as selling a house is, Erin made sure we felt supported and took as much stress off of our plates as possible. She is the perfect mix of professionalism with the ease of a down to earth personality. We received multiple offers and sold our home for above asking! We will be using her again in the near future when we are ready to buy our next home! Highly recommend!

Erin was a shining rock star at all phases of the process. From finding properties, working around my schedule, defining next steps, even leaning into my lender when an appraisal came back haywire. Moving is so stressful so thank goodness she helped me through.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Erin Thomas. From day one, we felt like we were in the hands of a pro who always had our back. She went above and beyond again and again - even helping us meet some crazy Sunday holiday deadlines. We had some very specific needs and Erin was up for the challenge. She was on the constant look out for the perfect home for us and was always easy to reach. Not only did she help us find a house that checked all the boxes - she walked us through every step of the process until we had the keys in our hands. Erin is professional, detail-oriented, efficient and an all-around pleasure to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone looking buy or sell their home.

Erin was a pleasure. Her knowledge was invaluable and she was very patient as we searched for our new home. She was very responsive and always made herself available when she was needed. She was flexible as our preferred location and house choices changed.
