J Mann Realty

Terri is amazing! She took time on a Sunday to go to Coos Bay to show us a house with short notice. She was very attentive to our requirements for a new home. Once found she did an amazing job to help us sell our old home! She goes above & beyond for her clients!

As a first time home buyer, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing. Terri came into the picture and helped us tremendously. She took the time to explain every step of the way. Terri also made negotiations on our behalf that made everything else fall right into place. In fact she?s the only reason everything went so smoothly. I will always go to Terri for any and all real estate needs we have in the future. We will also always recommend Terri to all first time home buyers or anyone in the market to buy or sell their homes. Terri is absolutely wonderful, caring, helpful and most of all she works hard to get the results needed. Thank you again Terri!

Terri is a very knowledgeable young lady she found us our forever home in Roseburg. We seen many home in the area and we found a gem! My husband gave her a lot of challenges and tons of questions! And if she didn?t know it she sought out the answer for him! If your looking for the person to go the extra mile or time Terri is your person.

Jase did a fantastic job finding us the perfect investment property in our budget. He is an innovative thinker and knows the markets. He came up with the idea of a DSCR loan that made this investment possible. Nice to have a realtor that is willing to be creative and think outside the box! He was great to work with and we look forward to working with him again soon! Scott & Jill
