J. Edwards Real Estate

Jonathan was my agent to sell a vacant lot. He and his team were extremely effective. They promoted the property on numerous on-line advertising sites and reached out to builders in the area to ultimately identify a buyer. His professionalism and follow-up during the engagement were outstanding. I would highly recommend Jonathan.

We chose Jonathan as our selling Realtor because we saw how many homes he had sold recently in our community. From our first meeting, Jonathan was prepared, knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He made good recommendations and suggestions that helped us to prepare for our home for showings. When we went under contract, Jonathan guided us through the unexpected circumstances and negotiations that ensued with the buyers. He was always professional and encouraging. We definitely recommend Jonathan as a selling agent and would use him again should we buy another property in the area.

Jonathan Krause has provided excellent service to us. This is the third property he has listed and sold for us in 15 years. His superb professionalism in providing accurate cost analysis for our properties ensured that we received the highest-selling amount for our property. Jonathans phenomenal team - from the cleaning team to the staging team and the photography team, highlighted our property in ways that surpassed our expectations and left nothing to be desired. Jonathans service is equal to choosing the best for your family. I highly recommend him to be your realtor agent.

I feel that Jonathan went above and beyond the duties normally expected of a competent agent. From start to finish, he displayed an outstanding level of professionalism and helpfulness. His attention to detail was superb. The whole process went very smoothly with a couple exceptions, not of his making but where he was able to show his problem-solving skills that minimized any concerns I might have had. I strongly feel that I was able to get the best price for my home, largely due to his knowledge and experience in this area. If you are considering him as your listing or buying agent, he has my highest recommendation!

Jonathon was a great resource throughout our home selling process. He was highly engaged, attentive and available. His knowledge of the local market, particularly the Cloisters, made him the perfect choice. With his and his teams help and expertise, we sold our home quickly and for a higher price point than we expected. We highly recommend him.
