We worked with Maria to sell our home in Peabody when we were moving out of state. Having been in this home for over 30 years, Maria was very helpful getting it ready for sale as well as helping us deal with the accumulation of "debris" in closets, attic and basement! With Maria's help the house was well prepared and showed exceptionally well. The process was smooth and straight forward and the house sold after 1 open house with 4 offers and less than a week on the market.

To say Maria went above and beyond would be an understatement. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely stressed and Maria did a fantastic job of explaining and breaking everything down for me. There were also multiple issues that arose through this process on the sellers end, and Maria not only helped, she was doing things that weren't even in her job description. I am forever grateful for her and cannot recommend her enough.

Right from the start it was easy to build a working relationship with Maria. She is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have bought and sold several homes with Maria and all of them have been seamless. Unfortunately at a friends request I did use another agent for a home purchase and ended up losing that sale I'm sure that had I got Maria involved I would have had a better chance at it. It still bothers me now that I lost that home. She has a very pleasant manner and is always willing to help. She is a great resource for any questions that come up about any a future home or resale options of my current home I have called her many times and she is always available and receptive.
