3rd times a charm! I've had the pleasure of working with Stephanie three times now, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. First she was there for me when I bought my first home. From start to finish, she was patient and really took the time to understand what I needed. She listened and found some great options to fit my tight budget. When I finally found the one, her negotiating skills truly shone. I really felt that she had my back the entire process. Then, when it came time to seel my mother's estate, I knew exactly who to call. It was extremely emotional, but she handled it with grace and perfessionalism. She was respectful of the sentimental value while also giving me sound advice. The process, although it had its bumps, when as smoothly as it could and I was really happy with the outcome. Finally , I reached out to Stephanie again when it was time to sell my home. Once again, she exceeded my expectations. She provided great marketing strategy and the house sold faster than I ever imagined, and I got full asking price! Every step felt seamless and her support made a huge difference, especially during all the stressful moments. Overall, I can't recommend her enough. Exceptional! . Stephanie's approach to every property was always on point. She would point out the flaws aswell as ideas on how to improve. She showed us so many properties in the 8 mos of looking, even when she new we wouldn't want it. She drove hours out of her area to help us secure our dream home. Stephanie is a rockstar!! It was definitely bittersweet because I had to sell my parents home after they passed away. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make the whole experience easier (especially since I was 3000 miles away). Even though I wish I could have kept it (life gets in the way) it doesn't mean we won't be moving back some day, and when it does, she's gonna be the first one we contact to look for a home!
