I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie when I first requested to view a home, and it was immediately clear that she is an honest, down-to-earth professional who would be a wonderful agent to work with. She has consistently exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to make the buying and selling process as seamless and stress-free as possible. This is now my third time working with Stephanie, and I can confidently say I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Stephanie is a rockstar!! It was definitely bittersweet because I had to sell my parents home after they passed away. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make the whole experience easier (especially since I was 3000 miles away). Even though I wish I could have kept it (life gets in the way) it doesn't mean we won't be moving back some day, and when it does, she's gonna be the first one we contact to look for a home! Highly recommend!!!

Exceptional! . Stephanie's approach to every property was always on point. She would point out the flaws aswell as ideas on how to improve. She showed us so many properties in the 8 mos of looking, even when she new we wouldn't want it. She drove hours out of her area to help us secure our dream home. She is pleasant and easy to talk to and get along with. This is our 2nd time dealing with her and we will use her again!

Erin was phenomenal on all fronts! She helped us purchase our first short term rental and I felt she really understood our dream and vision from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped point us in a direction based on our goals and budget for a property. We would work with her again in a heartbeat. Excellent service. Stephanie was receptive to all my questions right from the start. This was my first time selling a home. Stephanie guided me through the process professionally. Steph kept me updated on any developments, etc. The house was in my name along with my (3) sisters and brother. This provided an extra challenge when documents needed to be signed Again, Steph guided us all through the process professionally. Once we had an offer, Steph handled the sale, etc I would recommend Steph has a agent
