We recently sold our home in Kaanapali, and meeting and being represented by Jack Roden was by far the best part of the experience. We also enjoyed meeting his wife and adorable daughter. Due to his excellent negotiation and marketing skills, our home was in escrow 15 days after the first showing, and closed in less than a month. We were free to come back to the mainland before the actual closing took place, but Jack wasnt done yet. He took over and handled all the tasks involved with turning a home over to new buyers on our behalf. I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Jack. We truly felt like we were expertly represented. He was always available and always made us feel like we were the most important thing on his agenda each day.
