My wife and I recently listed and sold a house on the island of Molokai in Hawaii. Molokai is unlike the other Hawaiian islands with an environment that is challenging in many ways, one of those is that Molokai is an island rarely visited by tourists and therefore is relatively unknown. We knew going into our home sale that we would not get the "traffic" as other islands and that was indeed true. Heidi and Mark work as a team and were both extremely responsive and professional, helped us with getting the house into a position that would attract the right buyers, provided the right exposure and did get the sale. Most important to us was that even though Heidi and Mark are not physically located on Molokai, one or both of them were always physically present at the house when they were needed. It was a pleasure working with both of them and my wife and I highly recommend them.

During this particular stay, Heidi took us from being renters to owners in what seemed to be effortlessly, not only on her part, but ours as well. Due to his excellent negotiation and marketing skills, our home was in escrow 15 days after the first showing, and closed in less than a month. We were free to come back to the mainland before the actual closing took place, but Jack wasnt done yet. He took over and handled all the tasks involved with turning a home over to new buyers on our behalf. I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Jack. We truly felt like we were expertly represented. He was always available and always made us feel like we were the most important thing on his agenda each day.
