Iryna knows the neighborhood so well and was able to find me renters with such ease and professionalism. She answered all my questions and was always reachable by phone call or text if I had any questions. Could not recommend her enough!

Iryna was fantastic to work with, she made the whole process very streamlined. She was very responsive and knowledgeable when we had any questions! Iryna also made sure to stay in contact with us following the start of our lease to make sure our move-in was seamless.

Iryna was great to deal with and very helpful. She guided us through the application process for a co-op rental in a timely manner. We had some issues with getting quick the approval from the board but she kept in touch and in the end they offered us a refund for the delay. all and all a very easy process.

Iryna has helped us through both purchase and sale of a lovely condo in Manhattan. Above and beyond in terms of service and commitment. Great example of persistence when our transaction hit obstacles, calmly pushing forward against all difficulties.
