I have been buying and selling houses in York County since 1973 (9 real estate transaction during this time ), Divine serendipity caused Amy to answer a phone call about a house earlier summer. She was always available, returned phone calls and responded to texts and emails promptly. Provided excellent advice, showed us a number of houses, always gave great feedback and provided insight on things to look for, offers to make, and how to follow throughin pursuing the chosen house. We encountered some difficulties during the buying process, because of an unresponsive appraiser. Amy worked with the mortgage processor, the title company, the appraisal company and the lender to get the closing across the finish line as planned. She was always pleasant and encouraging and HELPFUL!! I will definitely recomned her as a top of the line professional agent with a heart for her clients and a love of her profession.
