Iron Gate Real Estate

Ryan came prepared and clearly has a lot of industry and community knowledge and passion. Working with him was low stress and enjoyable. I would recommend him and also use him again for future needs. Everything went very smoothly and as planned. We were able to make an offer and close in under 30 days and the inspection personnel we used per his recommendation were professional and reliable. Ryan is also embracing remote technologies to make things efficient and minimize the need to have in person meetings.

Heath was so knowledgeable about the housing market and helped us along ever single step of the way. As first time home buyers- we were anxious to buy a home- but felt at ease putting our trust into Heath. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work and expertise in our home buying process.

Heath helped me purchase my home in Columbia. He provided honest evaluation on each house we looked at - both good and bad. He was not just trying to sell me house, but helped me find the right one. He also taught me what to look for when purchasing a home; structural damages, energy efficient, potential for fixing, etc. He is always available and answers phone promptly. After we purchased the home, Heath made sure that everything go smoothly before we arrived Columbia. He helped checking the thermostat, drove our car (it arrived before us) from the driveway into the garage, etc. Once we moved in, he also follows up on things and visited us to check if everything was ok. I would recommend Heath 10 out of 10.

Heath helped me sell my home. He went over and above my expectations in attention to detail, going through each step and hurdle with me, making sure we were looking at all the necessary data to price the house right. He did a fantastic job, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Ryan is the best realtor ever! He was very responsive when we had questions and checked in often with us to give us updates on all aspects of our home sell. Ryan is very informed about mid-Missouri real estate market and provided us invaluable tips and insight throughout the sale process. Also, Ryan has a vast network of contacts with realtors and other useful vendors. Most of all, Ryan worked extremely hard selling our home fast with the maximum sell price. In fact, he successfully negotiated the sell of our home off market in two days after showing it to an interested couple. I highly recommend Ryan Cunningham to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home in the Columbia area. You will not regret having Ryan as your realtor!
