Rusty was a great find - I am so glad the random laws of nature allow this type of serendipity to happen. Rusty stepped up to the plate, he hit a home run with me. I needed to do FHA financing in a booming market. Had several false starts, but when I found the perfect home, Rusty helped me get the financing and all contingencies handled - we closed in 3 weeks in an extremely hot market. I would highly recommend Rusty to anyone who is looking for a dynamite realtor. He is pragmatic, never misled me about anything and provided immediate response when needed. His expertise in the local market is unparalleled. He provided me with a tailor made folder of materials when we first met, and had followed up on each and every issue I have presented, in fact I just spoke with him on a question that has come up since closing, and once again, his response was immediate and appropriate. His extensive network of service providers was also very pivotal in closing early. He has great relationships with contractors, pest control, financing and handles all other potential obstacles quickly. He also calm and has a great sense of humor - was an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Oh where to begin.... Rusty and his team are phenomenal! Our family had a long distance move to make and Rusty and Alex A. helped make the transition a smooth one for us. Their full concierge services was exactly what we needed for this move. The communication from beginning to end was clear. Rusty even provided us with a timeline spreadsheet that we truly appreciated as a visual to keep us on track with our busy schedules! Alex A. made sure that the timeline was followed and adjusted it if we needed more time. They were always available when we had questions and were a pleasure to work with. Being a first time home buyer is a scary thing, but Rusty was there every step of the way to put us at ease. We started with very little knowledge of the home buying process, and no idea who to reach out to. Rusty contacted us quickly after we had made an inquiry on a zillow listing. Rather than giving us a sales pitch, he recommended that we meet in person so that he could introduce himself and teach us a bit about the way buying a home works. It was exactly what we needed, and we knew right away we wanted him as our realtor.He's been awesome since :) Working with Rusty was like interacting with a friend, which is nice since home buying and the paperwork that comes with it can have a bit of a business transaction feel. He kept it enjoyable AND professional.I have nothing to say but great things about Rusty, and couldn't be happier with his help in buying our new home!
