He and his real estate partner, James Marshall, were amazing in every respect -- super responsive and always willing to go above and beyond what we expected, aggressive in a good way (getting the property ready for sale very quickly, taking care of hiccups during the house prep, pricing negotiations), exceedingly easy to work with, professional, and "on it" in every respect. We really appreciated his expertise when deciding whether to accept an offer. Erfan is extremely sharp and has a great balance of friendliness and persuasiveness...a true salesman. He immediately responded to all questions and concerns we had during the process, and he and James did things we couldn't do because we had moved out of state, such as forwarding our mail, returning our router, charging our Ring doorbell, and even watering the plants that weren't on a sprinkler system.
