Intero Real Estate

I had a pleasure working with Rebecca White on buying my first house. Without hesitation I can say that together with her team she exceeded my expectations in terms of the energy, care and service provided to me. Rebecca was tireless in her efforts to make it happen for me in a very competitive San Francisco market and was always available to answer any of my questions day or night and give honest advice. The property I finally end up buying was a pretty complicated project that required from the real estate agent knowledge, experience, great diplomatic skills and extra work and effort. Rebeccas understanding of the market and great interpersonal skills allowed her to work extremely effectively with the sellers agent and other counterparts involved in the transaction, and despite the complexity of the deal everything went smoothly. She was watching my interests at all times and together with her right-hand assistant Catherine and the highly qualified resources she shared with me-an attorney and the lender aEUR"I felt I was in great hands. I highly recommend Rebecca and her team. And if in the future I will be involved in another real estate transaction my first call will be to Rebecca.

Rebecca is very knowledgeable about the San Francisco real estate market. Since she lives and works in the city, she was always available for questions and was able to schedule appointments that were convenient for us.We were specifically looking for a duplex in a few select neighborhoods. She kept us up-to-date with new propertly listings and revisited older listings as the market conditions changed. We are extremely pleased with the home she helped us to purchase. The real estate purchase, inspections, and escrow closed on time and the entire transaction went very smoothly. We highly recommend Rebecca!Lou, Theresa, Bryan and Steve

Rebecca White provided us with the most professional real estate experience we have ever had. She negotiated a short sale on a rental unit we owned. Everything went smoothly, and we felt confident during the whole process. Rebecca was well-informed about the property and about our options in selling it. We were more than satisfied with the entire transaction.

Rebecca is a great Agent, who truly cares about her clients. She listened to and understood our needs. In this challenging for buyers market, Rebecca had the patience to show us many houses and wrote wonderful letters with all our offers. She is very familiar with the San Francisco market and has relationships with many of the sellers agents. Rebecca is the kind of agent that will do what it takes to help put you in your home.

I would highly recommend Rebecca White to everyone. She helped me locate the perfect home, was zealous in her follow-up with the seller's agent, and because of her diligence and tirelessness, we were able to close in three weeks! This was a home with multiple offers!! She is outstanding and I very highly recommend her.
