DJ is an excellent agent who I would definitely use in the future. He was very responsive and extremely prompt. Great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone! His estimate was given in a book that included reasons for listing at the price he recommended. The price seemed very appropriate and we were able to negotiate some things in my favor beyond the price. He also knows the area well and seems to have many contacts that provided people interested in the house quickly.

TJ really went above and beyond to make sure we stayed informed and up to date on everything throughout the process. He was understanding of my work schedule and would answer my texts and calls on the weekends if needed. I never once felt uninformed or uncomfortable while going through the process of buying this house and that is due to his professionalism and communication through it all! Darrell Johnson is a Nice guy that That promises the world but delivers very little. He would say one thing and do another...After inspections it felt more like he was negotiating more for the seller rather than US the buyers..He would promise he would follow through with our concerns and then not only not follow up but then not return calls leaving us hanging...We finally had to go through the listing agent to coordinate moving in because DJ (as he likes to be called)..Would not return calls to facilitate the move in. Nice Guy...Not a good agent.
